1. SWEEPSTAKES: The Jake Peacock x Keter Giveaway Featuring the Signature Vertical Storage Shed, Signature 150 Gallon Deck Box. Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on 6.18.26 at 9:00 am PST and ends on 6.25.26 at midnight PST. (the "Sweepstakes Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY:
a.Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and Washington, D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
b.Keter US, Inc. (“Company”), and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, agencies, administrators and all others associated with the development, evolvement, promotion and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. During the Sweepstakes Period, Keter will post a call to action announcing the Sweepstakes (“Post”) on Instagram. To receive a single entry (referred to as “Entry”) into the Sweepstakes drawing, the entrant must: (1) follow @keterofficial on Instagram, (2) like the Post; and (3) tag three friends in the Post comments. Entries must be received by the end of each day at midnight PST in order to be eligible for the Drawing. The person responding to the Sweepstakes Posts will be deemed the entrant (“Entrant” or “you”). You must have an Instagram account to enter via Instagram and have your account privacy settings set to “Off.” If you do not have an Instagram account, and you would like to create one for free, download the free Instagram app to your mobile device at either the Apple® App Store or the Google® Play store. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the winning Entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the Instagram account submitted at the time of Entry and will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an Instagram account is defined as the person who is responsible for joining Instagram and who manages the e-mail address associated with the Instagram account. Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service will apply. All Entries become property of the Company. Limit one (1) Entry per person/social handle during the Sweepstakes Period. Submission of an Entry constitutes each Entrant’s acknowledgement of and agreement to these Official Rules. Entries not meeting the criteria above are not eligible and will not be included in the Sweepstakes.
4.ENTRY RESTRICTIONS; LICENSE:
a.The Entry may not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate text including acts of violence or acts that appear to cause harm or are illegal/dangerous, as determined at Company’s sole discretion. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Company’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, highlights any brand in a negative way, contains any third party materials, or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand (other than Keter US, Inc. products), or that may violate, infringe upon or misappropriate any other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including, but not limited to, rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the Entrant. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Entry from any source.
b.All Entries must be the sole, original work of the Entrants. By submitting an Entry, you hereby grant the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, designees and legal representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide digital and other rights to use, reproduce, edit, market, store, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Entry or excerpts of Entry (as such may be edited and modified by the Company at its discretion) for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes (including posting on Company-affiliated websites, Social Media sites and/or other Company-selected media). In addition, you hereby assign to the Company all rights, titles, and interests that you may be deemed to have in any reproduction, product, or derivative work using or incorporating the Entry. You further agree to waive any moral rights in and to the Entry. Automated, script, macro or robotic Entries will be disqualified.
5.NO ENDORSEMENT OR AFFILIATION BY INSTAGRAM. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any Instagram Entities (as defined below). You understand that you are providing your information to Keter US, Inc. and not to Instagram. Without limiting the foregoing, Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the Prize. No endorsement or approval of Sweepstakes by Instagram is expressed or implied.
6.RELEASE OF INSTAGRAM AND THE COMPANY; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
a.The winner and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes and as a condition of the winner’s receipt of the Prize, agree to release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless: (i) Instagram and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns (“Instagram Entities”); and (ii) the Sweepstakes Entities, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Prize. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
b.Company is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the Prize.
c.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that the Instagram Entities and the Sweepstakes Entities (the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability for, any loss, cost, damages or bodily injury of any kind to persons, including without limitation death and property damages, sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, Entry submission, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or parts thereof, or participation in the Sweepstakes or any related activity. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
d.As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar and agree with their contents.
7.RANDOM DRAWINGS: On 6.26.26 at 9:00 am PST, one (1) Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Company or its administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning Grand Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram (as further described below) and in an Instagram post comment.
8.PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Jake Peacock x Keter Giveaway Featuring the Signature Vertical Storage Shed (ARV: $648), Signature 150 Gallon Deck Box. (ARV: $241) (the “Prize”). No transfer or substitution except at the sole discretion of the Company. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Company and its agencies to use the winner’s name, photos and/or likeness and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, unless prohibited by law. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Company. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with the Prize not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by the winner.
9.GENERAL RULES/WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Prize winner will be initially contacted via a direct message (“DM”) on Instagram by @keterofficial and will be required to follow the instructions outlined in the direct message within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. The Prize winner will then be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) and Assignment of Rights (collectively, “Declaration”) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or else Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all eligible Entrants received from that Post during the Sweepstakes Period. Return of any DM/Declaration as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. By entering in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Company. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Company and award the Prize from among all eligible Entries received for prior to cancellation, if any.
10.DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a federal or state located in New York County, New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Company in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
11.PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.keter.com/en-us/privacy-policy.html. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant hereby agrees to Company’s collection and usage of this information and acknowledges that Entrant has read and accepted Company’s Privacy Policy.
