Cookie Policy

Last Updated: June 25, 2024

This Cookie Policy explains how Keter US Inc. (including wholly and partially owned subsidiaries of Keter US Inc.) (“Keter”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies when you access this website (“Site”). For more information about how we process personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

ABOUT COOKIES

When you access or use the Site, we may use, and may allow third parties to use, cookies. Cookies are small text files which store certain information on or about your browsing device. Cookies identify the device from which you connect and in some cases may be used to identify and track you, enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your website experience more convenient. We use cookies that expire when you close your browser (session cookies) and cookies that stay on your device until you delete them or they expire (persistent cookies). We do not place non-necessary cookies without your consent.

TYPES OF COOKIES

We may use, and may allow third parties to use, use different types of cookies. However, only strictly necessary cookies are used without your consent. Other types of cookies require you to consent, before they can be used. You can set or modify your consent preferences in our cookie preference tool. We have categorized our cookies as follows:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are necessary for our website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but if these are blocked, some parts or features of our website may not be operational for you or may be unavailable to you.
  • Functional Cookies: These cookies enable our website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering if you visited our website before so that messages for new visitors are not displayed to you, or your preferences are remembered. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
  • Performance Cookies: These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our website. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around our website. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our website and will not be able to monitor its performance.
  • Targeting Cookies: These cookies may be set through our website by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and/or to show you relevant advertisements across the Web. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.

YOUR COOKIE RIGHTS AND CHOICES

1. Cookie Preference Tool. You may use the Site cookie preference tool to consent to the placement of cookies and to subsequently withdraw your consent, except for Strictly Necessary cookies. The cookie preference tool is device and browser specific. If you delete or clear cookies or change devices or browsers, you will need to reset your cookie preferences using the tool. You may also use your browser settings to delete and reject cookies. However, erasing or not consenting to some types of cookies, through the tool or your browser settings, may limit your experience on the Site and the services we are able to offer.

2. Google Services, Microsoft Services and Lucky Orange Services. We use analytical and performance cookies, which allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our Sites when they are using it (for example, we use Google Analytics and Lucky Orange on some Sites to analyze our website traffic). We also use Google signals, which collects session data from sites and apps that Google associates with users who have signed in to their Google accounts, and who have turned on ads personalization in their Google settings, in order to enable cross-device reporting, cross-device remarketing, and cross-device conversion export to Google Ads. In addition, we use Microsoft Advertising to advertise our products and services across the web, and we use Microsoft Clarity to analyze website usage. You can review the Google Analytics privacy policy here, the general Google services privacy policy here, and the Lucky Orange privacy policy here. If you have a Google account, you can control your Google ads personalization settings here. You can review the Microsoft Advertising privacy policy here.

3. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Options (for Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon). Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon have the right to opt-out of having their personal information “sold” to or (in the case of California residents) “shared” with third parties, as such terms are defined under the applicable privacy laws in the relevant state. While we do not sell personal information for money, the use of certain cookies or other tracking technologies placed by third parties on our Sites may constitute a “sale” and/or a “share” of personal information under applicable privacy laws in the relevant state. You may use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form to submit a request to exercise your rights under applicable state privacy laws.

4. Opting Out of targeted advertising. With your consent, we permit third parties to use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) with the aim of collecting certain information to analyze behavior and provide you with advertisements tailored to you across the Web. This type of ad-customization is sometimes referred to as tailored advertising. For more information about this type of advertising, visit https://thenai.org/about-online-advertising/faq/. The use of cookies and other tracking technologies by third parties on, or through, our Sites is subject to the third parties’ privacy policies. If you would like more information about your choices concerning tailored advertising, including how you may opt-out of tailored advertising by companies who participate in the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance, visit http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1 or https://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2&lang=EN. Following an opt-out using the options offered by the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance, you may still be shown advertisements by companies who participate in these programs, but such advertisements will be less relevant to your interests. Please note that if your browser causes an opt-out mechanism to expire, or if you delete your cookies or change computers or devices after opting out, you will need to opt out again by clicking the links in this Section.

Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, so our Sites are not currently designed to respond to or support those signals.
