So disappointed in broken product.Arrived battered and broken. Tried to tell the company but unable to navigate through the on-line process. No one to actually talk to. Very disappointed that product was so fragile.

Will this planter crack if left outside in the winter with below freezing temps and snow?

The garden bed is designed to be resistant to all weather types. We recommend in the winter leaving the drain plug open so it does not collect water.

How/when do you fill water reservoir?

The reservoir needs to be filled when you can no longer see the red part of the water gauge. It can be filled by pouring water down the gauge or over the soil.
