Choose from two simple options to request a replacement part and we'll take care of the rest.

If your item is covered under the Keter warranty and you have proof of purchase, we'll provide the replacement part free of charge. For warranty requests, please use our contact us form.

While we aim to keep most parts readily available, there may be occasional wait times for certain items that are not held in stock and need to be manufactured or shipped from our facilities. In some cases, certain parts may not be available for supply.
